7 cara untuk keluar dari ART BLOCK

1 - Mundur sejenak dari lukisanmu untuk mengisi ulang energi 🧘🏻‍♀️
Tinggalkan sejenak lukisan atau ruang kerjamu. Gunakan waktu untuk beraktifitas fisik, nonton film favorit, atau lakukan apa saja yang bisa membuat hatimu bahagia dan menyegarkan pikiran.

2 - Rubah suasana di sekelilingmu 🪴
Rapikan ruang kerja atau studio, ganti layout furnitur, ganti pajangan dinding, tambahkan tanaman hijau dalam ruangan, atau lakukan apapun yang bisa membuat ruang kerjamu terlihat lebih segar dan berbeda dari biasanya.

3 - Bereksperimen dengan media baru 🎨
Coba media lukis yang belum pernah dicoba sebelumnya atau yang sudah lama tidak tersentuh. Eksplor gaya lukis yang berbeda dari biasanya, atau lakukan orat-oret (doodling) santai tanpa beban.

4 - Cari inspirasi dari teman-teman pelukis/perupa lainnya 💡
Perhatikan lukisan karya orang lain dan cara kerja mereka. Kunjungi galeri atau museum seni. Atau berkolaborasilah dengan teman-teman pelukis lainnya

5 - Hargai ketidaksempurnaan 🫶🏼
Buat karya baru, tanpa membebani diri dengan kesempurnaan. Progres lebih penting dibanding kesempurnaan 💪🏼

6 - Ikuti art challenge atau art prompts dari komunitas lukis online
Ajak teman untuk ikut art challenge atau art prompts online bersama, berkarya bersama itu lebih seru! 🥳

7 - Coba latihan fokus
Latihlah konsentrasimu, fokus pada momen yang sedang dijalani, pelajari teknik pernafasan yang benar. Belajar juga untuk menghindar dari pikiran negatif dan berterima kasihlah pada diri sendiri atas usaha & kerja kerasmu 💕
